Your registration gives you access to the vendor room, all the games you can schedule, use of the game library and all programming on site. There is no charge for individual games – they are all included in our event registration. Online Registration is done through Warhorn, our convention scheduling site, http://warhorn.net/snowcon-2012.
Observer passes provide full-site access, but do not include a gaming pass, which is required for playing in scheduled games or using the game library.
After you fully register online, you will be cleared to sign up for games on Warhorn. Online Registration is the only way to sign up for games early on Warhorn. Warhorn sign-up will be closed a week before the start of the convention, so be sure to schedule your games before then. After that, game sign-up begins on-site the morning of the game.
Cost
Registration includes admission to the vendor room, all events and all regular games. Food is available on site.

On-site registration does not include advance game sign-up. Single-day passes will also be available each day of the event on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kids 12 & under admitted free with paying adult. When registering a child, please email us at info@snowconmaine.com to confirm parent/child registration.
Family Cap Policy: Because we think family gaming is important, SnowCon has a “family cap.” No family will pay for more than four registrations for immediate family members. (Ex. Two parents and three children over 12 will only be charged for four registrations.) You will have to mention this at registration, and all passes must be purchased together to qualify. New this year: Pre-order your limited edition SnowCon 2012 T-Shirt when you register online and have it waiting for you when you arrive at SnowCon. T-shirts are available in various sizes at the prices indicated during the payment stage. A limited number of these t-shirts will be available for sale at the event. Please note: These are not the same as the t-shirts given to our GMs.

Registration is non-refundable and non-transferrable. A photo ID is required when picking up your event pass at SnowCon. T-shirts may be exchanged for other available sizes at the time of pick-up.
