The moment you’ve all been waiting for … and this time we’re turning it up to ELEVEN!

For our next SnowCon event, we’ve moved our registration and game scheduling site to Tabletop.Events. Bear with us as we work on the kinks along the way, but feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Right now, through December 15, you can register for a Weekend Gaming Badge for only $35! Act quickly, because prices go up on December 16.

Register at Tabletop.Events

After you fully register online, you will be cleared to sign up for games on Tabletop.Events. Advance game sign-up begins December 14 and will only be available to attendees who register for SnowCon by January 15. Online Registration is the only way to sign up for games early. Tabletop.Events sign-up will be closed January 15, so be sure to schedule your games before then. After that, game sign-up begins on-site the morning of the game.

To reserve a seat in a scheduled game, you “buy a ticket” for the game. Tickets are free – it’s just the way that Tabletop.Events manages schedules. Be sure to reserve your spot early though — games fill up!

Want to host a game? GMs are to submit their games right on Tabletop.Events. Once approved, players can begin signing up to play starting December 16.

About Registration

Your registration gives you access to the vendor room, all the games you can schedule, use of the game library and all programming on site. Some tournaments require an additional fee as noted. Online Registration is done through our convention scheduling site at Tabletop.Events. Please note: This is a new registration and scheduling system for us this year and there may be some glitches along the way.

Observer passes provide full-site access but do not include a gaming pass, which is required for playing in scheduled games or using the game library. Observers are welcome to play games in Demo Alley, however!
